5. Provision of the Personal Data to Third Parties

   Micware will not provide the personal data which is acquired from you to a third party, except with your consent or as required by law.

6. Joint Use of Personal Information

   Micware conducts its business jointly with its domestic and overseas subsidiaries. For this reason, all of your personal information acquired by Micware may be used jointly by its subsidiaries to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section IV "Purpose of Use of the Personal Information". In such case, Micware will be responsible for the management of the joint use of the personal information.

7. Outsourcing of the Personal Data

   Micware may outsource the handling of the personal data, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use specified in Section IV "Purpose of Use of the Personal Information". In such case, Micware will select an outsourcing contractor whose standards for protection of the personal information is sufficient, and will implement appropriate management and supervision by binding the outsourcing contractor by contracts or other means.

8. System and Measure for the Handling of the Personal Data
   1. Ensuring the accuracy of the information.

      Micware will endeavor to ensure that the information acquired from the customers or applicants is accurate and up-to-date at all times, and will also endeavor to delete the personal data without delay when it is no longer necessary.

   2. Security control action.

      Micware will take necessary and appropriate action to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. of the personal data.

   3. Education for employees.

      Micware will educate the employees on the protection of the personal information regularly.

9. Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data
   1. When Micware receives the following request from you regarding the retained personal data of you, and such request is under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, Micware will respond to such request without delay after confirming that the request is made by yourself (Micware will inform you when deciding not to respond to such request based on the law or for justifiable reasons).

      2. Correction, addition, or deletion of the personal information

         Please enclose a copy of your driver's license or health insurance card (please mask the insurer number and the insured's code/number) or basic resident registration card. If such request is made by your agent, the agent's identity verification documents and a letter of attorney from you are required.

This Privacy Policy is established by Micware Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Micware") for the purpose of handling the personal data of the customers in European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as "EU").This Privacy Policy applies to the handling of personal data of the customers in EU.

   Micware may handle the personal data provided by you, such as name, workplace, title and email addresses.

6. Cross-border Transfer of the Personal Data

   Micware may transfer the personal data to Japan based on an adequacy decision((EU) 2019/419, adopted by the European Commission on January 23rd, 2019）. Micware will implement adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards when transferring personal data to a third country outside of Japan. 7. Preservation of the Personal Data

   When the personal data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, defence of the legal request, or for complying with obligation under the applicable law, Micware will handle your personal data within a period necessary for the provision of service or the relationship between you and Micware, and delete such data promptly after the end of the necessary period, unless Micware has the legitimate right or obligation to preserve the personal data for a longer period of time.

         You shall have the right to object the handling of the personal data concerning you.

      6. Right to Data Portability

         You shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to request Micware to transmit such data to another data controller, where technically feasible.
